💪➡️ This 8.5″x11″ fitness planner and food diary (or meal planner) can help you keep track of weight, what food you ate, and what workout you accomplished. It features a minimalist design that prints front-to-back and fits in an 8.5″x11″ 3-ring binder. This planner is undated so that you can start using it at any time.

💪➡️ The monthly view is undated and provides prompts to record AM and PM weight. For each month, there is space to declare a specific health goal.
